Terms of Service

SEO OS helps freelancers and agencies audit websites, turn findings into prioritized tasks, plan weekly work, monitor site health (uptime, speed, security, and accessibility), optionally connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console data, manage client requests, and generate client reports. Features may change over time as the product improves.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address; keep access to that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity under your account and in workspaces you own, including the members you invite. You must provide accurate information and be old enough, and have the authority, to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

Only add websites, and only connect Google accounts, properties, and sites, that you own or are authorized to manage. By adding a site or connecting an account, you confirm you have that authorization. SEO OS accesses connected Google accounts on your behalf and at your direction.

You agree not to:

• Use SEO OS for anything unlawful, or to audit, monitor, or connect sites or accounts you are not authorized for.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product, except for the client-facing reports and links the product is designed to produce.
• Use the service to send spam or to collect information about people in violation of applicable law.
• Use the free public audit on a site you are not allowed to check, or try to get around its rate limit.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where practical.

SEO OS offers a free plan with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance on a subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to the plan limits and prices shown at checkout. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If plan prices or limits change, we will give reasonable notice before the change affects your next billing period.

Your projects, site data, tasks, notes, and reports belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you, including generating the reports and share links you request. You are responsible for the content you and your workspace members add.

SEO OS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Audit, monitoring, and analytics results are provided for information only: they may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and they are not a guarantee of search engine rankings, traffic, or any business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobojinski Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost rankings, or lost business, arising from your use of SEO OS. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for SEO OS in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have paid nothing.

You may stop using SEO OS and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to the service or other users. When an account ends, its data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we will update this page and, where practical, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use SEO OS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Sobojinski Solutions LLC operates SEO OS. Contact us at justin@sobojinskisolutions.com.
